Meet Gretchen Henderson

Gretchen (she/her) is a 500 hour RYT with training in both Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. She holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and is immersed in the cycles of the tide, the moon, and the seasons. She stands with one foot in ancient philosophy and intuitive wisdom and the other foot in the physiology behind the practices she guides. Yoga has served as her constant companion through life's transitions. Gretchen holds sacred space for students to connect to their divine wisdom through offering efficient and potent practices and encouraging body agency. Gretchen presents a trauma-informed, dogma-free style of Kundalini Yoga that honors and respects all body types, ages, and experience levels. She is inspired by her experience as a parent of three children living on the coast of Maine committed to her own healing path.
